Is time real? Have you ever noticed when your doing something you like time fly's by, and before you know it hours have passed, and it only seemed like minutes. Take for example. Your at work and time is just dragging on. Then you get off work and your' waiting for the bus, and time is just dragging by. But suppose your on the phone talking to a good friend, and what seemed like minutes was actually hours. I think this kind of goes right along with that saying "Change the way you look at things and things will change" I believe time to be a figment of our imagination so to speak. Einstein said time doesn't exist. Other scientists have said that there are several different dimensions happening at once, or that all the things in your life are actually happening at the same time. When you get older, you look back at your life and it seems like it happened yesterday, or maybe that it happened in a few seconds. When you live in the now, what does that mean? Because right now is, oops! its gone already. I think part of the key to finding happiness, or maybe having more control over you life lyes within this concept that we have when experiencing time. What makes the time in our life speed up and slow down. Our Mind? So if we can drag time down or speed it up, why can't we do other things with this illusion we call life. Well brothers, I assure you we can. We have more control then we could possibly imagine. Have you ever been driving somewhere and said to your self, "there is going to be a parking space right where I want it, when I get to my destination" then you kind of forgot about it, but when you got there, there it was! I think the main reason we don't have as much control over our lives is because when we try to create things that are charged with emotion, like having a lot of money to pay the bills or whatever. We block that very thing from happening because of the emotion. We don't stay passive about the situation. There's a good word passive. Kind of like the word non-attachment. So I am finding out that the more you can stay away from charging your wants or needs with emotion, and being more passive about things, the more that thing will manifest in your life. When we try to force the bus to get their faster it doesn't work, but when we detach by watching birds fly over, or talking to someone at the bus stop, wow! there's the bus all of a sudden.
I have been working with this manifestation thing and time for years. One thing again that I am sure of is, there is no time. And the best way to manifest things, is let a little mental picture develop when you want or need something, and then let go of the wanting and just keep the picture in your mind. Now use this same concept and experiment with your senses in conjunction with it. Maybe feelings and senses are verging on the non-existent. Or maybe they don't exist. Anyway before you all start thinking I have gone off the deep end. I will leave it right there, and whatever comes to you from this short experience of chatter,,,play around with it, and see what happens. It could be very good!
ABOUT THUNDERHANDS
About Me: "Wakiya" (Thunder)
I am a Tribal, Musician, Writer, Artist. I try to walk the path and have studied the tradition of the "Wisdom keepers" like Lame Deer, Fools Crow, Black Elk, and Rolling Thunder from the tribes of this region, and Lao Tzu, Buddha, Bodhidharma, Yeshua, and other enlightened ones from the many various tribes of the earth. I understand the worlds religions and belief systems, and realize the division this can cause by the lack of understanding the "real message" from the Masters. My intention, and life's prayer is to try to live in harmony with Grandmother Earth, Grandfather sky, (Nature) and "the spirit that moves in all things," and help in any way I can to build a bridge between all men and tribes so they can walk their path in a manner that will benefit themselves, the Earth and others. I open up, and ask Great Spirit, The creator, The Tao, The Universe, to work and direct healing and positive energy through me by different means, like the Flute, drums, Words, Prayer, and Touch. I try to be loving and accept others from the heart, and practice forgiveness. I honor all people, the winged one's, and four legged ones considering us all equal, not one being above another. I honor the bountiful Harvest from Mother earth in the form of plant life, water, air and herbs which sustain our oneness with her. I pray all tribes should re-unite as one, so we may protect the planet and live in harmony. Within you, without you.
