Let your reality be bio feedback for your spirit. How much of your mind is physical or carnal, and how much is spirit? Let objects that surround you, remind you of your different sides. Everything is a reflection of you. All situations, objects, friends and family. The clutter in your house, the sounds outside, everything.
What you see, hear, and feel indicate what your mind is projecting onto the field of phenomenon in this illusion or dream (Maya) we call life. Let your higher self reflect through your mind more clearly by removing thoughts and preconceptions. Give objects outside of yourself a power or meaning that will enable your spirit.
Does that statue you have of Quan yin really make you feel the compassion and mercy of the feminine side of the universal mind, or does it just sit there like a lump of clay or pottery?
Even what people say could be you projecting thoughts on them. Imagine what the world would look, sound, and feel like if your mind was no mind and pure spirit. Would you see everything as crystalline, and with an aura of energy? Would your environment be more natural and less man made? When you look at the picture of life what comes to mind? Could you re-frame the picture so that it appeals to or feeds your spirit.
What wolf do you feed the spirit wolf or the carnal wolf? Feed the spirit wolf, more and the carnal wolf less, or just enough to keep one foot in the physical world while you are really walking in the spiritual. Your mind is like an auto-pilot programmed from birth. Take it off the programmed mode and push the clear button, and from this moment on let spirit be the program for your auto-pilot. Let the universal mind guide you to the friendly skies, and fly united with the spirit that moves in all things.
Ride above yourself and watch your body and world from a higher place where the red tailed Hawks fly. Ride on the wave of the ultimate ocean of spirit, and pure wisdom. Become a vessel for the creative energy to flow into. Being receptive is embracing the goddess energy. Be the little yin in the big Yang, (see yin yang sign) and the little yang in the big yin. Let the balance which is inherent or our true nature be evident in our life.

You will still have lessons to learn, but not be overwhelmed. The lessons become easier as we become more refined and balanced. The more you temper the sword of the spirit the sharper it becomes. This will allow you to cut through the obstacles that appear in your life like a hot knife through butter. Remember let your surroundings have meanings that empower you and you will notice a paradigm shift.

Wow, that's so deep, have you been reading my mind? I am entranced by the Native American Teachings and seek solace in them at times of distress as well as in times of happiness.
Thanks ,,,nice comment, glad your thinking along these lines.
